(ix) Links To External Sites

We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites, products or services.

(xi) Data Backup

Account data is backed up 4-times daily as a measure to prevent data loss.

You are able to download your student responses to PDF and can optionally using both module and workbook download links.

(xii) Data Centres

Thinkific and Wobo servers and database are located in a cloud-based architecture with Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS data centres are located in Montreal (Canada) in 3 different availability zones. Availability Zones consist of one or more discrete data centres, each with redundant power, networking and connectivity, housed in separate facilities. [TC1]

(xiii) Uptime

Wobo has a near perfect uptime agreement of 99.99%, so you and your students always have access to your data. Please contact us at privacy@course.studio to inquire about Enterprise Service Level Agreements.

(xiv) Single Sign-On (SSO)

When a student accesses a workbook through a Thinkific course, a Wobo account is created on their behalf and all of their responses are stored such that only that student and their instructor can have future access.

A third-party login boosts security while making it easier for your students to access their work. Students must first authenticate in Thinkific before accessing their workbook. That way, when you collect sensitive data, you can ensure the person submitting the form is who they say they are.

(xv) Best Practices in Development & Testing

In addition to the security features of Thinkific and Wobo maintain best practices to maintain your account security during development.

They actively review their code for potential security concerns and perform both manual and automated testing regularly to protect your data and make sure your workflow is uninterrupted.

All features are tested on a separate staging server before deployment to the production environment to ensure smooth delivery. Their teams works with agile methodology, and continuous deployment practices mean updates can be released rapidly if encountered.

(xvi) Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, School of You may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in School of You’s sole discretion. School of You encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
