Ellie Davis
Ellie Davis, Founder and CEO of Bloomingbeing, has extensive practical experience and depth of knowledge in helping people “slow down, sink deeper, and find perspective”. Her work with individuals has helped US Supreme Court Justices, CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, corporate executives and their employees, rock stars and movie stars, Native American Medicine Men and Women, artists, psychiatrists (and their clients), and many others discover facets of themselves that have heightened their creativity, capacity for problem solving, adaptability, and general physical and emotional health and well-being.
Her 30 years expertise in conventional physical therapies has evolved in the last 14 years to a more holistic approach which integrates the physical, mental and emotional aspects of human experience and reaches the very origin of health problems by helping her clients bridge the relationship between their physical and emotional inner workings. The belly is increasingly recognized by scientific research as “The Second Brain”, and the focus of the method she works with (Chi Nei Tsang) is almost entirely the abdomen. Here, Ellie is able to facilitate the release of stress from the Enteric Nervous System (the gut) to help her clients gain freedom and perspective.
Ellie’s ability to help the individual make peace with their inner workings translates well to groups, as her key note / one woman show “Secrets” has evidenced. “Secrets” has had a direct impact on participants & audiences throughout the US in rooms as varied as the Los Angeles Juvenile Detention Center, to a sold-out Wheeler Opera house in Aspen, Colorado. With each staging, she collected people’s secrets anonymously (with permission and awareness of how they would be used) and told them onstage as if they were her own. Her deft handling of people’s fragile histories gave many the opportunity to lighten their burden and come more to the present moment, where adaptability becomes possible.
A US native, Ellie has been dividing her time between Sweden and the States since 2012, settling more permanently in Sweden in 2020. She is delighted to be part of the Singing Sphere Collective, and welcomes the chance to bring her unique vision to companies as we move forward together sustainably.
